Team Details

Cindy Serrano Roberts is a native New Yorker, Air Force veteran, military spouse and mom. She spent the greater portion of her military career conducting barrier analysis on organizational processes, programs and cultural norms that impede underrepresented talent pools from accessing equitable opportunities in the Department of the Air Force. She played a lead role in standing up the Service’s first-ever Diversity and Inclusion Office (Pentagon, D.C.) and initial policies instituted for 656K personnel.
